Contact ScreenTimes

We try to keep ScreenTimes in close conversation with the people who actually run independent cinemas and the people who go to them. The fastest way to reach us depends on what you need.

Cinema listings & corrections

If you operate a venue that should be listed (or is listed and shouldn't be, or is listed with the wrong details), the most useful thing you can do is read our listing page. It explains what we need from you and how the directory is maintained. Most listing requests are processed within a week. A short orientation to working with indie directories is a useful read if this is your first listing request anywhere.

Distributor & festival outreach

Distributors releasing new independent or art-house titles, repertory rights-holders coordinating restoration tours, and festivals planning regional residencies should look at our distributor brief. We can help surface coordinated programming across multiple ScreenTimes-listed venues.

Press

Press inquiries, including requests for data on indie exhibition trends or commentary on the state of the art-house circuit, should start with our press page. We do our best to respond to journalists and producers within two business days.

Audience feedback

Saw something playing this week that we missed? Spotted a film page with a wrong director credit? Found a venue listed that has unfortunately closed? Audience corrections are always welcome and we read every one. Please include the URL of the page in question and the change you would like to see.

Editorial mailing address

Mail intended for the editorial team should be addressed to:
ScreenTimes Editorial
PO Box 1235

We do not accept unsolicited promotional materials, screener links, or DCPs by mail. Programming inquiries are best directed to the cinemas themselves. Indie distribution contact directories are usually a faster route for distributor outreach.
